How accurate is the transcription?
Accuracy is generally high for clear speech in a quiet recording; background noise, overlapping speakers, or heavy accents can reduce it. Reviewing the output before relying on it is always a good idea.
What's the maximum audio length or file size?
Files up to 25 MB are supported — roughly 20-30 minutes of typical voice-note audio, depending on quality.
Is Audio to Text free to use?
Yes — Audio to Text is free to use. It runs on our servers, so the Free plan includes a daily allowance; Premium removes the limits and raises the file-size cap.
Are my files uploaded or stored anywhere?
Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed, and automatically deleted from our servers shortly after — typically within an hour. We never read, share or keep your documents.
Do I need to install anything or create an account?
Nothing to install — everything happens online. You'll need a free account so we can queue your job and keep your result private to you.
